Description: I was selling a Boston Boom Bringer, and he said that he would pay me $5 on Steam. He never paid me, then ignored me.

This report can't be accepted unless theres some sort of proof. Screenshots are highly needed.

Do you gave him the BBB? You could make at least a screenshot of your inventory history where the trade is shown. You have no transcript of the chat? And what was the planed payment method? Via PayPal or was he talking about adding money to your steam wallet?
