Improper Format Missleading Name and Conduct.

76561198056669086 is his steam ID. My steam ID is... Well Idk. In his name it says "ScamGames ( A SCAMMER LOLOLOLOL. LAter on the server he says "LOLOLOLOLOL IM A SCAM DERP".
