Guy want games or he will call cops

I got some guy who was want me to gift game or he will report to Valve about I selling game. He was say something about cops, seems find my IP (may be by ICQ or MSN) and etc funny staff
At end he said about i got ten reports

Is I must do something with this?

I was not know about this is must be scam too. And this guy was not gifted by me.

Was on a trade server, back when I was brand new to trading, trying to get a V. Merryweather. After not much success, one fine gentleman sent me a trade request and placed in a dirty Merryweather. When I pointed this out, the aforementioned line was given, followed by him quitting the trade, announcing "Campeliot is scammer" and then rage quitting the server. Needless to say, I started using OP after that.
