Smokables trades me and says that he wants to trade me two Dota 2's for my Unusal Monglain, So i traded [not knowing that Dota 2 is one rec,] and we trade, and then i figure out that Dota is 1 rec...
Smokables is a trusted trader, so i don't know why he did it, heres some stuff:

Hmm. I came across Smooth's other trade, and saw Smooth's tag. I went through it, and saw he got tagged when he scammed a Bills and Big Kill from Princess Soarin'. ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/lg-mooth-criminal-k.9997/ ) Princess Soarin' lost nothing. I went and saw Smooth did another report about Smokables. He got tagged when someone lost nothing, but nothing happens to the one who takes his unusual. This is odd, as Princess Soarin' lost nothing and Smooth got tagged, but when Smooth loses a Unusual, nothing happens. Odd. Very odd.

I have asked smooth if he wanted a trade back, and declined. He has also taken several parts of the chat from context and blocked me, I tried to add him to disscuss, but with no avail.

Sir, he contacted me through my group (smokin raffles) and did not add me. I tried to add him, but to no avail. Several parts were taken out of context as well as him adding in a few things to improve his case. this is slandering and I won't stand for it. I also added you to discuss, you should hear both sides if you added smooth.

1. This is looking more as a sharking thing than a scam, although it's up to the admins to decide that.
2. Don't use this forum to fight things out, they made thing like Steam Chat for that...

Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.

Talked to both Smokables and Smooth, both seem to be holding on to the Ripped Chat info. Odd again. I also think the admins should be looking further into this, than just pasting an automated message on it and putting it as Archive.

Could you also help me investigate in the alleged scamming? I have been one of the only 2 people trying to get stuff from these guys, and it is sorta annoying.
