apparently Dexter Morgan had his admin position on my server revoked as he wasn't meeting up to the criteria of being an admin.. so i decided to tell him about it in which he didn't reply the first time.. so the next day as soon as i got online he confronted me and said that he has informed his buddy about it and that i would get a bad reputation on steam rep.. and he removed me from his friend list after he said it.

As stated here there is nothing to report whatsoever.
The "report a scam" section is to report a scam (attempt), no scam (attempt) happened here.
Really, no-one is able to give you a tag if they don't have clear evidence of you trying to scam someone's items.

You're missing the point, he is using steamrep to threaten me which isn't right and he could also use this tactic as means of extortion against other new players

The point that you are missing is that making idle threats like he has done can not be reported here. From what you have shown, he has not tried to extort you nor has an actual scam taken place; all Morgan has done is say "hurr durr i will reportz u for takin' mah admin status." Unless Morgan commits an act defined as a scam on the SteamRep FAQ, nothing can be done. The only crime he seems to be guilty of here is being a petulant child.

I do think this guy should at least get a punishment i mean u are using something u are not associated to to make a threat he can easily use this to his own gains something have to be done
