Well I am admitting I am banned by valve.
My father chargebacked and now cannot trade while I was helping to sell their hats.

They are two good friends that got wronged by me.

Well, you are not trade banned- you're trade locked. One of the differences is that a trade ban displays a big red "Banned by Valve" on SR. Have you already filled in a Steam Support ticket to get this resolved? Also, have you reversed the chargeback? Can you link your friends to this thread so we can get their opinions of the situation as well?

Ah alright, sorry but I cant answer much about the Chargeback because 1. it was my father not me 2. my father said "no way in hell im paying that" so yeah and I shall link my pals as requested

Yea, I am the one who owns the Secret Fruit Shoot.
I came home today and I was filled in with what happened.
I trust Smoothie alot, and I do realize it was an accident.
I really do hope this all gets resolved so that everything goes back to normal.

I am the owner of the 13th hour backwards ballcap. i was just filled in on the situation, and I think that it was just a silly accident, and smoothie is the ONLY person I trust to broker my hat. I am not mad/fustrated at all, and I know you steamrep admins can resolve this silly mistake, just as you have done before. I will try to help out as much as I can.

I am saying I am a chargeback scammer technically. Also broker scam technically

Is there hope I can be unbanned trade wise without un-chargingback, considering my father will 110% not pay back

As in will I be permanently banned from trade most likely when an investigation is done

Need an admin to further review this before anything happens.

I believe this can be closed. I got the hats back, am unbanned, and am happily trading .
