Unfortunately no, full proof is needed or else people can be falsely accused. When next you trade with somebody make sure to screen shot any chat you have had with the person, even if you have traded with them before just for situations like these. Good luck.

It appears that he was trying to use the Marketplace as an escrow service, not as a direct transfer. Several respected community members do this, though there is still a risk and it is not recommended. However, it does not appear that his intent was to scam and therefore I am marking this as rejected. Thank you for the report.
