Description:

Attempted to sell me game MW3 at a ridiculous price, when promted to use official middleman insisted on using a "friend". Insisted on me going first because his game was "steam gift" thus refusing to do steam trade, later on discovered I was from his same country backed up saying that we could understand better, but instead deleted me afterwards.

When trying to add him again he refused by blocking me, I added his "friend" who accepted to collaborate, thus bringing me more info about his intentions, sadly the text is in spanish.
I can translate if needed.

I'm a moderator over on TF2TP. A report was filed Toshibaru (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Toshibaru/) that he had been scammed for MW3 by 'matazombies3000 http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198057334796

I added both him and the accused, and got the accused to return the items, minus 2 keys he had used to open crates.

Matazombies then went on to say that he had done this because he recently had his account stolen and lost all of his TF2 items, and he was mad. His old account? You got it - scoutero_pro - ie, Esstrunjensen.

Mataz was told by me to post on Gamerep regarding his hacking - http://forums.gamerep.org/threads/my-account-gow-hacked.155/

I honestly have no idea if I trust Mataz/Scoutero, or if I think he is telling the truth. All I know is that he admitted to ripping off Toshibari, and gave back all of the items and games that he could give back.

What he posted on Gamerep is the same story he told me, however I wouldn't put it past someone to make all of this up. He didn't seem like he knew this thread/complaint existed.
