Description

So On dota2lounge trade site i wanted to trade 11 Dota 2 treasure keys for the Pudge Dragonclaw hook. This guy named "Sorry" adds me and says that he has hook and his offer, and he wants 10 keys of mine and Sven ruling sword.You can clearly see the offer in chat

When we were trading i added the keys, and he added the hook + other windrunner items. But he kept ticking the ready box on and off, and asked for another item, I agreed and added it as well. As we were trading he removed the Dragonclaw hook just when we both clicked accept trade. As you can see i didn't receive the item, i started chatting with him and said "scammer" then he immediately removes/blocks me from friendlist and i notice that he has changed his steam username too. I understood why he had his username as "sorry" now.

I want my 10 treasure keys and the items i lost (Ruling sword + Mask of dark ferocity) back in my inventory!! and this scammer punished. I checked his inventory and noticed he has many mythical items which im sure he scammed ...the 3rd screenshot shows my keys in his inventory.

I think you're assuming that Steamrep can give back your lost items to you. I'm afraid that isn't possible, please send a support ticket to Steam, they'll probably give you your items back.

i saw this on steam website is it true i cant get my items back?

at least do something against the scammer, im fine if steam cant refund my items but please PUNISH the scammer.
