Adding me and offer me $25 for my rare items. Offer and gave him some uncommon too. He said pay through steam wallet.

LOL wth? I have nothing in common with that guy! If i +repped him is cause we made a good trading someday and thats all... I have my steam trade banned now for this? I can't believe it.
