    my brother playing in my absence was playing on my steam account did scam tried to buy 2 ref and did not give him money got only 1 ref I would like to ask you to remove SR SCAMMER. I am an honest player, you can see the comments on my profile,if it is possible to ask for a reset and 1 ref I can give for my brother

    admins deal with allot of reports and as allot of admins state in reports/appeals is that they are dealt in the order in which they are made. to give you a base idea most reports go about 2-3 months before the yes or no, im personally on my 3rd month waiting so relax and wait like the rest of us :)

    it all depends, i got a report up and it was "ready for Review" in less than 10 minutes +/-
    usually, the admins/mods are very busy and would sometimes skip over a few.
    please be patient, they would reply, only at times, the wait time is varied.

    Sorry, your account is your responsibility. Our communities can't tell the difference between your brother scamming on your account or not. Sounds like you need to have a long talk with him and your parents.

    Appeal is denied to remove the ban.

    Do your best to keep your brother (or yourself) from scamming on your account-- Valve trade bans accounts when they are caught scamming. You are lucky this scam was so old that it didn't get noticed by them.
