Hi everyone sorry if i re-opened the trade but i put here more info. I payed this kid 90 mil of runescape for the unusual tousle cap. I've the screenshot where he says ok and the screenshot of my payment. Here's the screenshots:

I traded with him the 20 of march. he said wait wait wait wait and wait. Then today he said me wait again and i said stop. i report you. Anyway i payed a website the mil and they traded the character name of him on runescape: Sparc Mac 4S.

Jagex won't ban for people doing chargeback on third party money reseller since they have no control on them.

But still, you can get banned for real money trade in Runescape. He could report to Jagex about the other guy runescape account getting real money trade.

Also, it's never too late to report someone with proper screenshot IMO.

I can get banned? and i've not understand, how can i take my money back?

Santa, I'm going to go ahead and mark him but if he does trade you the hat, he can use that in his appeal to get himself unmarked. Thank you for the report- and please let him know that the only chance he has to appeal his tag is if he gives you the hat he promised you.
