In about October, Cich had spycrabbed me for 2 buds, and I won. We had been good friends but he went offline, but that part we got taken care of. What happened though was he was 1/2 a bud short (13 keys), so I agreed to let him pay me back when he could, and I never saw him online until about a week ago, he came online again, and he just got a unusual bubble pipe. I told him that he would have to pay me back when he gets 13 keys (half a bud) and he agreed. He has the 13 keys now, and refused to give me it. In the screenshot it shows him agreeing that he knows owes me and that he said he wouldn't pay it anyway. Sorry I do not have other screenshots but I really thought I wouldn't need them due to really trusting him, but i was mistaken...
Please help me if you can! thanks!

I have traded paypal with Cich before. He didn't charge back.

Apparently, according to TF2-T. He scammed a fetti hat, personally I don't believe this, though... There is no proof of it that I can see and we all know how *trustworthy* TF2-T can be at times

sorry for the late reply, he did not delete me or block me as i know of,he does not know i reported him either and thought i was just giving an empty threat.

And yes Forte, he scammed that unusual from that guy, hes told me, but there were no screenshots or proof but witnesses so nothing can happen about a mark for it. he just got banned.

I've marked him with a caution tag because it appears this is an interpersonal dispute but the evidence clearly shows that he at least is not taking your agreement seriously. If he pays back his loan then he needs to comment here and discuss it. But if you make an agreement, you need to uphold your end of it and pay the person back.

Hey Squiggles, next time why don't you post the whole chat thread instead of just the begging. If he would of posted the whole text chat about the unusual incident it would of said this: Yeah I got f✿✿✿ed on that. I sold a guy this P. Fetti Engi Cap and after i sold it too him he told me to take it so he could get a screenshot of it. After he traded it to me, he just left the server and I was like WTF? I waited there for about 30-45 mins, and so I decided that I could leave because I waited so long for him to come back. The next day when I went on, It said I was banned and I checked the Trader website and there was a completely false accusation. As for the whole paying back issue, I do remember that we spycrabbed a bud in keys vs a Nuts N Bolts Milkman. I did lose and run but in the end we did end up agreeing that, if I gave him 13 keys, we would be even. That is why in the text chat I told him that he would not be getting them, because we had agreed on being even. Unfortunately, I do not have screenies but the thing is, Squiggles only took screen shots of partial convos and not full. I just find that this is not very fair.

Just one more piece of evidence, i have notified him of this and his mark and telling him that if he pays his loan he may discuss it here but denied. here is what he says in the chat:

Cich, It was a bud+ a bud in keys, and i have taken full screenshots of all chats as I always do.

Pretty sure I did not say "no" I said I did not have any further words with you because you don't take screenshots of entire conversations. So basically don't lie bro.​

Don't call me a liar please. Also If you look, all those screencaps are fullscreen, and I never said you said no, you have denied talking to me, so as of now you have denied paying back your agreement. They are above.

As this is a report I'd like to not have this argument with you cich here, if you aren't paying me back, leave it, if you are we may discuss about that and you may post it here after its done

Alright then I guess we will have to disagree on this then. Also I still haven't seen the original screenshots so you do not have the raw proof that this even happened. I think that if there is not enough proof to this, under the US constitution I am innocent until proven guilty and you have yet to prove that...

I have proven it, as you look above in my first statement, you admit you owe me in the screenshot, and then you just said we spycrabbed in your first post on this thread

OP did not deliver. 2/10 would not be friends with again.
