Description:
Met in an unusual trade server. I offered to do a duel with betting unusual hats/promos. We agreed on my burning dapper bet against 1 bud of his. We did one warm-up round for practice, which he won. In the actual bet (it was first to 20 kills in a MGE server), I won 20-17. He admitted that I had won in chat. Then I told him that he would be marked as a scammer for running from this bet, but he said he did not care. Thanks admins, this should be easy.

Also: After playing him in mge a few more times in a futile attempt to convince him to pay, he offered to do the bet with his middleman. I said no (because the middleman had 0 rep) and offered to use any steamrep or sourceop certified middleman instead. He said no to that offer. Pretty obvious attempt at a middleman scam as he knew for sure that he would lose the bet (in all of our MGE's for fun I had won by a large margin). Obviously I can't prove that they would have taken my hat and run away, but this is incredibly shady and a very thinly veiled scam.
