Description:
He added me to offer on my Dota 2 Unusual Skip the Delivery Frog (Felcity Blessing effect). He asked me whether I was taking cash, I answered yes, he offered me a rather decent sum of money - 60 bucks, and asked me to go first, as I didn't have any special rep, or any rep+ on my steam wall. After giving him the Frog he said that he will send the money in a second, but, in like 5 minutes, I found out that I am already deleted and blocked by him, and he started selling that Frog on the outpost.
