On Tf2Outpost, he contacted me on his alternate account and asked to buy my Bills hat, with money.
As I looked him up on steamrep, he went offline and changed his name to "New Acct. Name: AllProNoJoe"
His alt is marked on steamrep, and he is impersonating CanadianInvasion. Now, if you go to .Circles' profile, and look at his alternate names, you see that one of his names was "AllProNoJoe".

Both of these accounts contacted me for a friend request.
