I had a trade on outpost for buying craft hats for 1.22 each and he adds me offering me 2 alien swarm parasites which majority of people know areuncraftable.

It is possible he did not know they were uncraftable. He has 400 odd hours in TF2, and a relatively small BP. I see him offering the parasites, but I do not see anything which overtly screams "scam".

Although I don't have any proof(Gave him the benefit of the doubt until I saw this), I'd just like to point out that he tried the same thing with me. I pointed out that they weren't craftable and then got instantaneously deleted.
The fact that me goes from person to person and tries to pass these on as craft hats everytime just shows his malicious intent. He's well aware that these aren't craftable.

We have to go by evidence here and the evidence presented so far does not solidly indicate a scam.

Unfortunately, I don't. I just felt like I'd address the other possible explanation put forth by VenGanZa, which was also what I was thinking initially.
I just figured I'd mention that this might not necessarily be the case, so the report would remain open if somebody else had any similar encounters with the guy.
But you're right. This hardly justifies a mark as it stands now.

Hello, without any evidence we cannot move the report forward, also it's not clear that his intent was to misrepresent that hat since he perhaps didn't know if they're craftable or not. Hard to say.
