Following a possible alt account scam?

One person has had about 7 accounts try to buy buds from me. I won't sell to him, because I find it strange that a new player would happen to have 27 keys and only 27 keys. Am I being paranoid? Here's the longer version of the story.

So I'm selling buds, simple enough. One person wrote me to buy them so I checked Steamrep. Couldn't find him in SteamRep at all. Said he didn't exist. So I checked his profile and he had 27 keys and an online store Mann Co Cap and nothing else.... I was his only friend. So I decided to block him, because it seemed like a scam.

10 minutes go by and its the same thing. 1 person with 1 friend (me), 27 keys and nothing on Steam Rep could be found.

10 minutes pass again.... another person with exactly 27 keys and 0 friends but me.... another 5 minutes and its another person with exactly the amount of keys I'm looking for and nothing else and 0 friends other than myself.

After more time, the person who I feel to be the real head of all 4 accounts wants to buy the keys, but when I check his friends list, he has 2 of the alt accounts I had blocked. So when I blocked him he must have friended his main account to give the keys back. This guy seems to have friends and games on his account. This guy appears on SteamRep and has no scammer tag.

So I blocked that account too. More time goes by.... Another person wants the buds, so I check that guy's profile and he's friends with the previous guy. Perhaps they're just friends. At that time I log off and have to go to work. When I come back after a few hours someone else wants the buds. This person is friends with the previous guy. These two past people barely have friends or games. These two people appear on SteamRep and have no scammer tag.

That's my story. Am I being paranoid? Is this some sort of scam? Does this person not want the buds to be traced?

Could you post the ID block? That is really suspicious and i would not trade with them. Strange that this person is putting that much effort into it and revealing so many alts if it is indeed the same person.

What's the ID block? The whole link? I'm still friends with some of them even though they're blocked and I kept links to the profiles that look like they could be actual people. Perhaps the real person said if I give you 27 keys can you buy buds from this guy that keeps blocking me?

What is stranger, is that some scam fool with alts would try desperately to buy a bud for 27 keys, I can pick them up 26 key without too much drama and a touch of patience today

put their account URL into Steamrep.com and there will be an ID block. looks like

if you see anything that is clear indications of scamming, be sure to get pictures of the chat.

I didn't keep the #1 and #2 profiles, I just deleted them, because I thought they were isolated.
