The chatlogs here don't indicate a scam. Can you please post screenshots of your inventory history, any description of what the scam was, etc.?

I'm still not understanding what the scam is here. Not all the chatlogs are here. I see that Magika was sent but I also see that you own Portal 2.

I suspect he/she is a scammer (see for example here), but you have to do what admins and support stuff ask you in order to get him banned.

Everybody can make the frame-up for any case. I think it would be a bit irrationally to rely on the information from outside for this topic's problem. Personally i don't see any scam here.

I don't think you should speaking about the case, maybe I neither, but at least I haven't any of the 3-4 presumed victims of this guy in my steam friendlist. Just bothers me to see him keep posting offers on the Steam forum as I have a strong suspicion about him.

The problem here I think is that he can't post a screenshot which confirms he didn't received the gift of Portal via email, since they haven't used the Steam Trading window and he already own Portal in its game library. How can he show a proof he got scammed?

I understand all but you have a "friend" factor here. If my friend tells me this guy is a scammer i'll never trade with. But it don't means he's a real scammer. To the other people - you should have some rational explanation which i can't see here, i'm sorry.
