Hello,
I have been tagged as a scammer a month ago and I will just ask you to let me explain to you what happened.

Well after all that I wanted to be sure I was right and asked paypal.
They told me he didn't got anything and then i added him to pay him back.
But when i wanted to pay him what i owed him I was trade banned so i asked him to wait a bit.
And today, i've payed him back.

I made a big mistake and i apologized.
Now of course i dpn't expect you to just take my tag of, but what I am asking is if you could downgrade my scammer tag to a caution tag for now.
That would be a very good start.

He paid me back, so I think he should get his tag removed.

Due to your ignorance to pay your client, I suggest that you keep the tag due to:

First Offence: Lying
Second Offence: Scamming
Third Offence: Attempting to not pay back until the victim's report was accepted

Well first of all pal I added him to pay him back BEFORE his appeal was accepted.
He kept the logs on his appeal go figure.
As said above, i was trade banned at that time so i asked him to wait and as soon as i could i payed him back.
