So this is basically what happened. Some guy adds me and says that he can give me $90 for my smoking festive tree. And i asked him if he has rep and he said that it was in his profile. What i didnt know that he was a impersonator..... and seeing that he had rep, i went first.
BTW, will i possibly get my unusual back?

Unfortunately scammers tend to not return the items that they scammed. Also, this appears in the scammer's info: Trade Ban Status: Banned

So even if he wanted to give you back your item, he wouldn't be able to.

However, this means that Valve is aware this guy is no good. While I have severe doubts it will actually do anything, you could try contacting Valve and pointing them to this thread.
