Improper Format (Impersonator)

So I'm not sure if this would count as an impersonation but it seems a little bit fishy.

So this guy: http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198083970418 has the same profile picture as me when my avatar was a custom made one created by jon snow, he has the same name as me as well and a private profile. If this doesn't count as an impersonation then I'm sorry for wasting your time and close the thread if you would like.

Yep, disregard mine theres one right below this where the guy who told me about it made a thread, he is talking to me on SOP now. Close this when you can.
