The scammer added me, wanted to buy my blizzardy storm baker boy, offered cash, I said I wanted keys, but he insisted on using paypal and even wanted me to get an account. I refused to make an account, and he set his status as away and said nothing more after he insisted on paypal again and I refused.

It's a good thing you didn't. This guy has already scammed tons of people out of their unusuals. (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/270532 just look at the comments on his trades). If you made a paypal and did the trade he would have just ran off with your hat like he did with the others.
