Explaination of what this is about :
I saw an offer made by Shauer Hour ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8639657 (4th Post)) and I decided to add him to accept since it was an excellent offer. About approximately 30 Minutes to an Hour later, he accepted my friend request and we were talking about the trade. He kept trying to get some of my more valuable unusuals included into the deal, but I was only limiting him to some I felt would be profitable for me, as I wasn't positive about accepting with any other unusuals. (This part can be considered highly fake as I couldn't snip what was in the gift he was offering in the trading screen, so I decided that even if I did take the screenshot it would only show a gift without knowledge of what was inside of it.) He traded me and I was putting my items in the trade, when I look to see what is in the present, I see "Vintage Fan of War" in yellow text. I comstantly attempted to take a screenshot of it, but I never was successful.

If what is in the text isn't good enough, I'd like to bring up this guy has already been reported in at least one other report : http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/steam_0-1-60885246-doctor-hoovy-penguin.22845/

He has 3 out of 4 of his friends who have commented on his profile banned from valve, one that was involved in Item misrepresentation of a "Vintage Fan of War"

If this guy doesn't have enough against him to be tagged as a scammer, then at least a Caution would make the most sense for a case like this.

I know that optf2 has a gift box "peeker", but his bp is private

Yeah as I mentioned before, I tried to just take a screenshot of the giftbox and what it contains with the "Snipping Tool", but every time I hovered my mouse over the item then went to click "New" the item description disappeared. Him with a private Backpack doesn't help what I'm trying to prove but the offer is right in my trade so :/

The trade was me showing my Unusuals, he said it was the mining light in the main chat, I exited the trade. Then he said the V. FoW. I knew it was worth 2x the price of the Unusual.. so it seemed skeptical.. then after I said "That makes no sense" he said whatever he said and blocked me 30 seconds later.

He didnt even keep his story straight, he told me that he crafted it and told you his friend gave it to him.
