i hope our items will be returned and those 2 will be banned forever !!

submit a ticket to valve, just in case. It is likely to not accomplish much, but perhaps add a number to voice of those who have been victimized by those 2 and perhaps they will make an exception, but thats wishful thinking me thinks.

Don't worry man, all reports are handled with in time. Did you report it to valve by chance? They dont return items that were scammed, only return items from hijacked accounts, but reporting them will hopefully give them a trade ban.
