Hello! I'm reporting a Scammer for a friend who ask me to do it. VICTIM steamID: M26 Pershing steamID32: STEAM_0:1:31682946 steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198023631621 customURL: steamrepURL: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198023631621 SCAMMER steamID: fen steamID32: STEAM_0:1:34714976 steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198029695681 customURL: steamrepURL: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198029695681 The trade involved a H.O.U.W.A.R that the victim have'it for trade. They agree to trade the hat for 160$ paypal and the victim must go first because it has less reputation than the scammer.. They trade for the hat and of course the scammer went offline.. Unfortunately the victim did not take any screenshot of the chat.. On a simple search on google i found that the scammer account was hijacked so if this is true it can be marked as a hijacker since this scam have no proofs.. http://www.google.ro/search?q=http%3A%2F%2Fsteamcommunity.com%2Fprofiles%2F76561198029695681&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-USfficial&client=firefox-a
Item in question: http://www.tf2items.com/item/778533231 As far as being hijacked, this apparently happened in January judging by his name history (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Fentruckstimel/namehistory) Name Changed - January 27th, 2012 @ 10:38pm - fen was Hijacked Since this happened yesterday, a hijacking claim seems unlikely.
You don't have quite enough proof here to make this solid, but the item history and the behavior of that account's backpack is highly suspicious and matches well with your report. Please be sure M26 files a report with Steam Support against the guy.
