After he removed me from his list, he has ignored me.

I think you misunderstood. I should have been more clear. I sold him Bulletstorm for paypal. But he hasn't payed.

Could you take a screenshot of your inventory history showing he received Bulletstorm as well as your recent PayPal transactions being empty?
