On March 18th, 2013 the website www.tf2wh.com had priced Strange Frying Pans at 1,550 credits. This translates to roughly 1 reclaimed. I reserved four of them, had my account's balance deducted by 6,200 (1,550 * 4) credits, and received my items from the bots of the Warehouse. I tried to reserve more but was unable to. My assumption was that the stock of Strange Frying Pans had been fully reserved by other users.

I do not know how much time had passed, but at some point after this occurrence, my account was marked as an "SR SCAMMER" with these details:
A few hours after noticing that my account was marked, I received a friend request from an account named "[TF2WH] The New Admin" (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198086328938/). I have attached screenshots as well as a text version of the conversation which took place. This admin appeared to be insistent that I had done one or all of the following:

    1. "Injected" code into the TF2 Warehouse website
    2. "Subverted the protocol" (of the website, I guess?)
    3. Stolen items from the Warehouse

I repeatedly asked this admin to elaborate on what I was being accused of doing, but my questions were routinely answered by "We know you did it" or "I don't have to tell you." One thing in particular that caught my attention was this admin's insistence that I not only "knew the price was wrong," but that I also "knew the website had been taken down due to this pricing error."

I would like to point out the following:

    1) As someone who has used the Warehouse before, it comes as no surprise to me to see a brand new, high value item being priced incorrectly. In fact, it is expected for the Warehouse to not price new items since that has been their approach for over a year now. The other crate 50 stranges still have no price in the Warehouse (as far as I know), so the idea that a Strange Frying Pan was listed for 1,550 credits did not strike me as unusual. I figured that I should reserve it before someone else does.

    2) I am not aware of any location where a message was posted to state that the Warehouse had been brought down to correct a pricing issue with Strange Frying Pans. Currently their forums contain no formal announcement mentioning the Frying Pan, nor was the Frying Pan mentioned anywhere at the time that I purchased mine. I do not know how the idea that I "knew the store was offline due to this pricing issue" holds any credence here.

    3) I paid the price that was listed by the Warehouse when purchasing my items. It is my belief that posing an accusation of theft from this occurrence is, quite frankly, preposterous.

    4) I have no idea what "Unauthorized computer access" is supposed to mean and even the admin I spoke to could not explain it to me.

I am raising this appeal request because I would like an investigation into what happened here. I have not been presented with any evidence of the claims made by this admin and strongly believe that the tag of "SCAMMER" does not accurately describe me.

    Thank you for your time.

I came back to check on this today and noticed that several alts have been added to my SteamRep page. I'm confused about how this conclusion was drawn, since they are not mine.

Of the alts listed on my SteamRep page, these are mine:

After discussing with other SR admins, WH staff, and you, I find their is insufficient evidence to uphold a banned tag.
