Suggestion: should we avoid tourney equipment cheating?[DOTA2]

Recently I saw lots of newbie bought fake tounament equipment like:

they all use the description change tool to modify the tag of the tourney equipment.
Newbie can not figure out it is fake tag because there are nothing big different except the tag is much shorter.
Can we do something to avoid more newbie get cheated?

hmm, in TF2, renamed / redescribed items get the custom text between quotes ( "custom text" ). I dont see that there...
