Added me form outpost(http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9359798)
I was selling my unusual Scorching flames spartan and He told me he offered me 200, after a little chat we said 210$ Would do.
So then we talked about his rep and my rep (Hes got about 10 page of legit rep from existent traders and legit people)
So I said find I will go first
I gave the spartan first and then he stopped answearing .
He blocked people from adding comments into his steam profile pages
He canceled all the trades he had on outpost and hide his post on my trade.

KalKar still scammed me, Its wasnt a mistake after he instantly blocked me off after getting the hat.
Guy didn't realise how far he messed up.
He didn't even know about the steamrep system and he probally gave the hat back because he feared not being able to trade again.

He though he could get away with it and that nobody would notice
His steam literally got bombed so he gave the hat back.

Once reported, nothing can be done. Wait for admin's final decision.

We don't delete reports here, just because you gave back the item after you've successfully scammed the other party doesn't mean you won't get banned. You just admitted to scamming the other individual and basically described how you gave back the stolen item just because you've seen this report.
