    I acknowlege what I did was wrong (rep from other sites). I would like the caution tag to be removed with _____________ requirements. Please forgive me; I am sorry for what I did and promise not to do it again.

    Originally denied sop caution downgrade, added me week or so ago.
    Removed caution conditionally that the user stays out of further trouble.
