Improper Format Scammed by brainman

I accidently sold him a spare Sight for sore eyes (Pyro misc) that i had for 2 ref 1 rec and 1 scrap (when i was selling it for 3.33). I was tired and so i thought he added 3.33. And i did not bother to check if he added the correct ammount. After the trade i realized that i was 1 refined metal short.
I asked him if he could give it back but he said no. So then i asked him if he could add 1 more ref to meet the price he said he had no more metal left. But when i checked his backpack he has 4 refined 2 rec and 2 scrap left. I added him as a friend to discuss if he can give the item back but he rejects the invite. I ask him again if he can give it back but he still says no. He is refusing to do a retrade and he refuses to add more metal to pay the correct price.

I got scammed by 1 ref. He is a lair because he said he had no more metal but when he clearly does.
