All seemed fine and his Steam Rep was clear too.So I traded him and he took the copy of Dead Island Riptide and made an excuse saying paypal doesnt work. Next day he has blocked me and I cant do anything.

omg , same here. I almost got fooled. but I noticed there is something wrong , the "forum" it is suppose to be "forums" then there is pusku. I noticed that im also logged in via Steam but My username is not indicated on the upper right screen

Could you please provide:
a) pictures of chat
b) pictures of inventory history showing it in the Steam browser for the entire day
c) pictures of PayPal Payments received showing it in the browser

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested info.
