Description: Sent scammer 11.10$ for 8 keys (included fees) via paypal and never received keys. He then blocked all communications from me and tried to leave with the money.

Can you post a screenshot of your Paypal activity (to prove you received nothing from him), hide any personal info as needed. Also trading history for the day concerned (profile->Inventory->View Trading History).
