Long Story Short:
I had my Unusual Doctor's Sack(Smoking Effect) Advertised On tf2outpost and tf2tp he must have contacted me trough 1 of the websites.He added me and we went into the trade , The Chat window tells the whole story since no words were said in Trade Chat.It might not been the most expensive hat or most money lost, but its a scam so I had to report Before others get hurt too.Its been good 5 hours and my paypal balance is still 0.00.
Hope he gets marked or banned.
