Well basically this guy is a friend of mine, an hour ago he got kicked out of his steam account, tried to re-login, password apparently didn't work. I checked his backpack.tf quickly and his items were dissapearing, he's lost in total about 700 ref worth of items. The guy who's account his items were transferred to is Heroyeah (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198060401812). I also rechecked and it looks like hes suddenly got 5 separate buds extra, as well as my friends items.

I've been told my friend steam has restarted, his items have reappeared in his bp and his games restored? Any ideas why? Or did something occur
