Could you provide a text copy of the entire chat?
Secondly, why in the world did you hand over the items?
Thirdly, you know that you will not given these items back, even if you contact Steam Support, right?
Fourthly, if you knew exactly that it was a scam, why in the world did you even bother doing this?
Last but not least, are you aware that this makes you look like an accomplice?

How does this prevent anything? The scammer is already marked, too.

Additionally, why did you say "i will just refund - if not report" ?

um steam wont give me the older messages and its different language but im taking screenshots i recorded thru 6.00 GB recorded from fraps i could not upload it so im taking screenshots
to look if its a virus and tell other ppl its just about 3 ref... i can just sell my items and get thsoe again

so i can tell other people in my country OR warn people in the same server i got scammed that its a virus scam he will take your metal like that
and iam not apparently paying him or paying me look at my bp.. my metals are gone and i said i will just refund or report him
but secretly i said that so i can get my metal and reporting him...

um i can upload it but its very large.. 6.00 GB from fraps because my sceen resolution is 1600x900 and i dont have screenshot of entire chat but ill do my best to get some..

if you want to upload it, use Windows Movie maker and then save the whole clip as a 720P clip, i uploaded a 50 GB clip that way into a 500 MB clip(recorded on 1920x1080)

so if i can do it on a high resolution you got no excuse to say you cant upload it because of the size

all i can say is don't compare my pc and my connection to yours .. we do not have the same laptop apparently.. and i'm not a pc geek i'm a 13 yr old who plays games...
well so ill try to upload it so dont force me i have the slowest laptop when the sun heats up my laptop .. ill try to do it when its evening here..

I'm 83% sure there was a case someone got tagged by playing along like this.......

This is the case. At first the victim was tagged for scamming but later got it removed.

Please be careful when you do this. Getting tagged will be the least of your worries if you do so.
