Improper Format Help I Was Scammed

I wanted to trade for a black rose so i gave the scammer a gift wrap and guess what happened, i would love it if this person was punished for this horrible behaviour.http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/332513 this was his/her trade, they changed their name of course

if you want a black rose so badly: This rose-themed knife is earned by unlocking the "1st One Down" achievement in Alliance of Valiant Arms.

its a free game and you only need to play for about 30 mins to get the knife.

and on the scam, Pictures&other stuff would help on this

Thats not the point, i have loast a gift wrap to this f✿✿✿, they have now made their profile public again but have already sold the gift wrap so i guess i have lost

It would greatly improve the chances of him being marked as a scammer if you follow this format.

All that shows is that you gave him a gift wrap. It may be enough to mark him but evidence proving that you were expecting the black rose would be nice. It would greatly improve the chances of this guy getting punished if you had a confirmation of the terms and conditions yall agreed on.

The required for sugests i need a copy of the conversation, this i can not do since it happened a while ago, i think its just going to be easier to let this son of a b✿✿✿✿ go rather than go through all of this just to get him trade banned leaving me with a loss of a gift wrap.

Well there is nothing i can do, so this cancer on the face of the tf 2 community will be going free.

maybe someone can trick him to scam again and then report that scam(not suggested but would work good)
