Improper Format Invited to a group a while back, bad idea to accept.

I am trying to get my "scammer" thing lifted. I honestly have never scammed anyone, I joined this group someone invited me to and thought no harm of it apparently it gave me a scammer title. I unjoined the group and all I want to do is idle on some servers and I tried to join but gave me "You have been banned from this server please check hoodedalliance.com" I never have seen this today, honestly and it gave me a heart attack. I am asking who ever can appeal this for me please help me. I promise never to join a group trusted traders ever again. I really want to get back into TF2 and since I am a "scammer" now it puts a large damper on the fun of TF2. If there is any way I can prove to you I am not a scammer please tell me, I would really appreciate it.
