The Story :
I wanted to sell my TB, he agreed to go for 40€ on paypal. But he was saying that he also had scam issues before and he wanted me to go first. I've checked his reputation and he seemed good, + 564h played without any trade ban. So I accepted to give him the hook but I never got paid, since then he blocks me and ignore me while playing his this same account.

I uploaded 2 pictures, the one where we discuss and he disconnect, with in background a snapshot of his profile WHILE I'm waiting for him.
Second picture is my paypal account, "payment received" (In french, sry for that), as u can see, I didnt get anything, + it was my first paypal payment for an item. I can provide more proof if needed.
