Declined Not satisfied with trade: won't give items back

Reason: He sold me a Bootleg Basemetal Billycock, for 2 of my hats, one was dirty, and 2 scrap, which added up to about 2.55, and I wasn't satisfied since the server's !robot command wasn't working, and thats what I planned on using it for. Now not only do I have no weps, or hats other than that one, he won't give me my stuff back.

Quite apart from the fact you have not posted a screenshot of the chat, there does not appear to be any proof of any overt "scam" here.

It seems to me you conducted a trade, and have a case of "sellers remorse", and given relative value of items and the inexpensiveness of them, I would have though "caveat emptor" would apply here.

You went through with the trade, and he isn't obligated to give you your items back. This isn't a scam.
