Scammer added me, proposed a deal, and after a routine check of Steam profiles i found a mismatch, and called him out on it. Then i got promptly removed from his friends list.

Thank you for reporting, a SR admin will look into this when he / she can.

Could you also please change your avatar to something more appropriate as we have minors on the forum and its a bit too revealing.
