Description: I moderate a regular (nonunusual) trading server, Beef N tators was advertising that he was buying unusuals, keys, and earbuds for paypal cash, and offered me more than my asking price for my burning flames backwards ballcap. Meanwhile, emeraldspire was spamming the chat that beef was a scammer

I have talked to emerald and he was promised steamwallet funds for his unusual smoking brain slug, and did not receive. Unfortunately he did not screenshot his trade chat, however, he has screenshots of afterwards and of his trade history, receiving nothing for his hat.

I believe this should be sufficient evidence for at least a caution as I believe this person to be less than honest in his tf2 dealings.

I was on my usual trade server, a good one, when someone new offered real $ for unusuals, buds, keys, and other high-value items. I figured I would see what he'd pay for my unusual smoking head slug (Triboniophorus Tyrannus) and after some disscusion he agreed to pay $80 for it. I tried to check his rep and it seemed okay. He said that he would pay over paypal OR steam, and I went with steam. We traded, and I put a crate up on the market for $80, and he did not buy it. I did not take any screenshots of the actual trade, as I was only concerned with making sure the price was right. (I'm so greedy D I did, however, copy the last few lines we wrote, but they were deleted when, as stated above, I started to spam "BEEF AND TATORS IS A SCAMMER!!!" as I copy-pasted that. He did not respond to my friend requests, and I could not comment on his profile. I reported him by clicking the button near his profile name. I eventually resorted to following him on every server he went to by going to my trade history and clicking on his name to go to his profile, then clicking on the "currently in-game, click to join button" and tried to get him to return the unusual to me. I saw him wearing my hat, but was unable to take a screenshot before he realized I was there, and switched to his sniper class. He had various responses, from "stop trolling you kid" to "you gave it to me for free", as shown in the above links to the screenshots on my profile. Eventually, I came to this nice man's server and he began to walk me through to getting here.

It's been nearly a month and I haven't heard anything back.

Why is he no longer trade banned?

If he is going to be allowed to trade I would at least request he would pay me back for the item.

SteamREP is not affiliated with Valve. If valve lifts his trade ban, then that's something we can't do anything about it. With the evidence provided, I'll add it on his profile seeing the scammer is already marked for being a scammer alt.
