Hello, I have been scammed by Creatu we had exchange keys
I had to give it three elements Hydrophobia: Prophecy, Revenge of the Titans, and serious sam 3 coupon him he would give me a key GTA IV steam so i gave him my games and he sent a screen of gta iv code but it's the key of his gta iv' game just after the exchange he blocked me on steam and not be contacted and my games are still in their inventory I put the screen to show what I say. This guy have lots of names this scammer

Steamrep is not affiliated with Valve, so they can't help. And even Valve can't return your games since they only return items stolen via hijackings.

I don't have a screenshot of the chat because he blocked me so i can't show the chat :/

Not true. I have once before seen a scammed game (NFS hot pursuit, namely) returned in a "I'll gift you it after the trade" scam.

Submit a ticket to steam, they might be able to return your items.

Valve only returns items stolen by hijackings, or game keys that were revoked, but that's it. You could try and report this user to Valve and they might trade ban this user, but that's about it.

Without a screenshot showing the agreement made there is nothing we can do as we do not act on heresay.
