Apprently I go scammed out of a hat worth $45, so obviously I am rather upset about that. Perhaps I was naive and I was rather keen to sell. I thought he was legit for the number of hours he had and the fact he had another unusual in his bp as well as the things he said. Either way, getting this guy marked as a scammer would be great, even better if I could get some reparation, but I am not hopeful. I have never previously got involved much with trading and this is pretty much what I was concerned about. I can add more information as required. I apologise if I have done anything erroneous in this post.

Well, I tried asking Outburst to kindly return the hat and/or plead his case as to why the payment didn't go through.
He didn't even try to make up an excuse on the spot, pretty obvious he never has or will have intent to give you your money, sorry.

I am unsure of what the next steps are (or if there indeed are any). If anyone could enlighten me, I'd be indebted to you.
Is there anyway of me getting any reparation?
I have reported him for violation on steam, should I follow through with this further or is there anything else I should do?

The person is definitely a scammer.

Myself, another pesrson, and you have all filed reports against the individual. I hope you get your unusual back if you can. I also hope I can get my 3 unusuals back as well.
