He bought my Green Black Hole Handymans Handle for 2.5 he gave me 1 bud as a down payment. He asked if he could have the hat I had said no the 1st 2 times the 3rd or 4th I let him keep the hat. Part of the deal is that he could get me that 1.5 in 1 week (now I have no Screen Shots of this noir any other screen shots from past conversations with him other then the one that's posted below)

After 2 weeks (Today) I messaged him and asked when is he getting the 1.5 buds,he said he did not have them although he has 4 Unusuals. I said just toss me a hat and the rest of the convo is in the picture.

I do not have him admitting that he owed me 1.5 but at the start of the convo he did say "I don't have that 1.5 yet" and I did complain to him about how frequent he answers my messages when topics (including) the 1.5 buds he owes me come up...

I lent it to him once before (that's when he fell in love with it) and he gave it back with the bud.

I would like him Marked Untill the 1.5 is repaid. Is is my brother I know he is chill but he is rude and Outpost knows that (Banned there) he needs to learn something from this, make are relationship better and make trading better for him.
