As you can see my name is in the history. What Happened= beanie added me on steam. Obviously he saw my listing on the TF2 outpost, but instead of commenting on the trade, he just added me. (I was selling an Orb. Planets Ol' Geezer). He started to offer me steam wallet funds. He offered me $55 steam wallet funds and we argued price to $60 steam wallet funds. (check screenshot #1). Then he agreed to pay me after the trade was made. (check screenshot #2). We went into the trade, and I traded him the hat, and then he sent me the code, incase you were wondering it was 892ACY76Y. I entered the code, and it was INVALID. He then deleted me, so I could not reply. I checked his inventory (beanie) and the hat wasn't there. So I did some searching, and I found the hat in the inventory of his other account called Scrubdusters. (picture of account on screenshot #3). I checked the hat history on the TF2 outpost (Orb. Planets Ol' Geezer), and my name was in it. (screenshot #5). As you can see (screenshot #3) one of his old names on his account Scrubdusters was beanie, proving this is his other account. sorry for your loss, but I don't think beanie has anything to do with it, Scrubdusters has been doing this a lot (http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/unusual-scam-beanie.32827/). He has been using beanie's rep to make people think that his is beanie, if you look at his (Scrubdusters) old names in the Screen shots, you will see he has been calling him self beanie. Also so if you like at the Item history, on the last screen shot Beanie's name is not on it.
Hmmm. it was beanie that was messaging me, but It was actually Scrubdusters? weird.. thanks. Hopefully He gets banned and the hats are given back.
