Random chat invite from them via a mutual group. Can't recall the group for certain, but I believe it was either Nelipot or a group where people have all 36 potatoes from the old Portal 2 ARG. In either case, they don't seem to be a part of the group any longer. A short report also submitted to Steam via the user's profile > Report violation > User misconduct.
