Improper Format Just a plain old scammer

Hello Steam rep. I cannot give you proof of this, because I did not now how to screen shot, but I have have proof on my I-phone if I decide to go to court with him. On June 13th Santa [Buying Hats] told me that he was buying unusual for real money. He first asked me if I wanted to do the trade for the unusual conquistador and I said yes. He told me that if it does not work i get a complete refund for the 20 keys. (proof on my I pod)He also told me he would be able to send the money through my steam wallet. Realizing that I accidentally put in the money for a key int he contract I accepted it. After this he started bugging me that I had to put out items that I liked in order for him to give me the money. IN this contract it said nothing about me having to do that. He refuses to give me a refund. I most likely will go to court with him to get my 50 dollars back. Thank you
