    I've tried contacting him through steam but he blocked me before I could get a chance to explain myself, so here I am. Apparently he banned me for accessing my brothers accounts, I do not trade but I hate the idea of being marked as a scammer, Penguin told my brother that he thought my account was his. Please contact me immediately.

    Sharing accounts does not negate a scam tag, the account owner assumes full liability for users they allow to use their accounts. Letting a "bro" use/scam on an account puts both users at risk of being tagged as we have no way of knowing who was actually in control of the account at the time.
